CURRENT UPDATE ON COLLEGE STUDENTS: TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT CANCELS THE ARREARS EXAM FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS,ANNA UNIVERSITY POSTPONE THE RANKING LIST. UPDATES ON EXAMS OF FINAL YEAR STUDENTS

An incumbent Minister for Higher Education in Tamil Nadu Mr.K.P.Anbalagan already cancelled the exams for all the students from all years except final year.

Now, he announced that the arrears exams also cancelled for all the students who paid the exam fee. Except those appearing for the terminal exams, all students of BSC, MSC, MCA, BCA, BA,MA,BE,ME are already promoted for next academic year. Today Mr.K.P.Anbalagan cancelled the arrears exam also for this intermediary students. And this is also applicable for distance education students.

Accepting the requests from the students and for their welfare he recently announced this order. A s per the guidelines from the UGC (University Grands Commission) and All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE). Already anna university released the current semester results for the first second and third year students based on the guidelines provided by UGC.

This order is applicable for the students except final year students. The state government also granted exemption to the students of polytechnic courses and Masters in Computer Applications(MCA) with this conditions. On more update from tamilnadu government,

ANNA UNIVERSITY UPDATE ABOUT RANKING LIST OF FIRST YEAR STUDENTS

As per the anna university, the ranking list will be announced on September 17. previously, they have announced that ranking list will be on September 7. Now,it was postponed to September 17.

UPDATES OF FINAL YEAR EXAM

The UGC ordered to all the universities and the colleges to complete the exams for final year students by September 30. Including tamilnadu government and other state government written to the Union Minister for Education, that it is not possible to conduct the exam for final year students due to to raising of COVID-19. Recently the union ministry of Home Affairs(MHA) had also filed an affidavit in the supreme court to granting permission to conduct the exam for final year students. This case is still in the court under verification.
