REMEDY

STEP 1: Take equal amount of rock sugar, fennel seeds or pepper and almonds.

STEP 2: Grind this three  ingredients and store it in a air tight container. You can also store this mixture in a refrigerator.

STEP 3: Daily morning add one table spoon of this mixture with the boiled milk or you can boil the milk with this mixture in low flame and then drink this milk.

STEP 4: Do this continuously for a good result.

Almonds are richer in oil, vitamin A and vitamin E which are fulfill for eyes. Fennel seeds and rock sugar are having rich nutrients so it will help to supply the nutrients to our eye. 

EXTRA TIPS

TIP 1: Eat at least one carrot

 Daily you can eat two carrots they are rich in beta carotene which produces vitamin A that keeps our eye even more healthier.

TIP 2: Eye wash

After wake up while washing a face, fill a mouth with water.This will expand the eye muscles  properly. Now wash your face with cold water.

while using mobile and laptop take a break in every 30 minutes and shrink your eye every 15 minutes. And sip some water before get into a work. Or you can rub your palms and place it over the eyes it will give some relaxation to your eye.
